Our 5 year old helped me squeeze the lemons and make the dressing while her 2 1/2 year old brother was asleep. During dinner the whole family agreed that it tasted like their favorite salad from this great local Middle Eastern place we go to. They are thrilled that we can now make it ourselves and our daughter wants it again for dinner tomorrow night!
